Mark "Duke" Schneider is an experienced real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of real estate. Mr. Schneider has held licenses in New York and Texas as well as Arizona. Working for IBM and Grubb and Ellis, he has negotiated multi-million dollar transactions and performed property management for several Fortune 500 companies all over the U.S.

 

In addition to Mr. Schneider's real estate and negotiating skills, he was; Vice-President and Portfolio Manager for Grubb and Ellis, Dallas, TX., General Manager of IBM's Executive Conference Center in New York, IBM's Loaned executive to the state of Connecticut, (where he worked with the Governor's office to re-open the old Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford, CT).

 

Locally, Mr. Schneider worked as a consultant to Messrs. Pitt and Diamond on several related real estate and business ventures. The "Duke" received a BA from St. Johns University NY, and recently graduated from the University of Phoenix, MAED. As a volunteer, Mr. Schneider has volunteered his time in fundraising for several private schools in the Tucson area.
